Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective films and tags are still attached and intact.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
